FOverWatch is a video coaching application operated by Face Off Academy ("we", "us"). It is used by coaches of our training program to film athletes, review technique, and deliver coaching clips to players.
All information is used solely to provide the app's coaching functions: organizing film by player, generating coaching notes, and delivering clips to players. We do not sell data, show advertising, or use data for tracking across apps or websites.
Coaching content and account information are stored with our cloud infrastructure provider (Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States). When a coach connects Google Drive, videos are also stored in that coach's own Google Drive account under Google's terms and privacy policy.
Clips are shared only when a coach chooses to share them, through private links or Google Drive folder sharing with specific people. Voice-over transcripts may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate written coaching points; transcripts are not used to train models.
Content remains until a coach deletes it in the app, which removes the stored files and records. To request deletion of an account or any player's information, contact us at the address below.
FOverWatch accounts are held by adult coaches. Player names and contact details are entered by coaches with consent from players or their parents or guardians as part of program participation.
